Trish Pigott - Owner / Mortgage Broker
As the owner of DLC Primex Mortgages, Trish oversees all client files and communication to ensure each client is receiving the best of care. Trish has been in the mortgage industry since 2004 and is in the Top 5% of all brokers across Canada. Trish has an extensive range of knowledge for many different lending areas. Repeatedly being recognized as one of the industry's Top Performers, along with being nominated for CMP's Mortgage Broker of the Year Award. Trish has owned her franchise since 2010 and has created a business model that is completely client focused. We truly operate the business on every level by putting the client first and work closely with all our business and lender partners to ensure all clients are satisfied from start to finish with their mortgage experience.
Meghan Francis - Mortgage Underwriter/Mortgage Broker
Meghan is licenced Mortgage Broker and Mortgage Underwriter here at Primex. Meghan’s primary role is to work with our business partners and assist in all aspects of client services. Meghan joined the Primex team in 2017 and worked in all areas of the business from taking new mortgage applications and working with lenders to all aspects of post funding servicing for clients. Meghan has excellent client servicing skills and goes above and beyond to help every client achieve their financial goals.
Tamra Anderson - Manager of Operations and Underwriting
Tamra is the Manager of Underwriting and Operations and a licensed Mortgage Broker. Tamra oversees the approval of all files along with our Mortgage Underwriters. Tamra has an extensive background in banking and underwriting and has exceptional customer service skills. Tamra has worked on all sides of the mortgage application from the bank branches, an underwriting role with one of Canada’s largest lenders and has been with Primex Mortgages since 2016. Her overall knowledge in the financial sector in all aspects and excellent customer service, helps ensure that our clients are getting the best product and service for their financing needs.
Corrine Hahmann - Client Services
Corrine’s role as Client Services is to assist in the underwriting process of each mortgage application. From receipt of your mortgage application right through to completion, Corrine will work with you to collect your personal information and documents and process your mortgage application and submit to a new mortgage lender. Corrine will continue to be your main point of contact after completion as well for any of your mortgage servicing needs. Corrine entered the mortgage industry in 2004 through 2015 and then returned to the dental industry until 2019. Corrine joined Primex in 2019 after deciding to return to the mortgage industry and grow her career in this path. Corrine is a licensed Mortgage Broker with exceptional customer service skills, a strong attention to detail and enjoys working with clients and assisting in the home ownership process.
Tim Hill - Mortgage Broker
As a licensed Mortgage Broker Tim has direct access to the best mortgage products, rates and promotions – many of which are only available through a Mortgage Broker. He is committed to the best customer service, with more than 20 years experience in the industry and have twice been a finalist in the national industry awards. Tim’s educational background includes a BA in Political Economy (Bishop’s U), and an MBA, specializing in Real Estate Finance (UBC). Tim’s expertise extends to the specialty products aimed at buyers wishing to incorporate renovation costs into the purchase of a home, and the unique challenges faced by self-employed individuals. He is one of very few Brokers to be certified as a Reverse Mortgage Specialist, able to provide some of the most unique products available in Canada.
Michelle Codron - Mortgage Broker
Whether you're purchasing a home for the first time, taking out equity from your home for investment or pleasure, or your current mortgage is simply up for renewal, it's important that you are making an educated buying decision with professional unbiased advice. Michelle can help you make one of the biggest decisions of your life, as easy and stress-free as possible. Michelle is a licensed mortgage professional that is willing to exceed expectations for her clients. Previously, worked for the leading fashion retailer, Michael Kors, at their head office for 9 years in both the Operations department and on management teams, until making the decision to switch careers. Due to her work in the retail field for over 12 years, she brings the highest level of customer service and care when it comes to assisting clients; their well being is always top of mind. Michelle has a promise to go above and beyond for her community as she shares this passion with her husband, a firefighter for the Burnaby Fire Department, that upholds the highest level of ethics.
